I wore them to my gym where I first tested them by doing a 6 mile treadmill run at a 5.5-7.0 speed and a 1% grade. I was soaked and yes there was sweat running down my legs from the heat factor. There were also little puddles of sweat left behind on floors. I just have a towel or wipes handy to "mop up". Personally, I love being hot while exercising. If you do not or suffer from something like hot flashes, these pants might not work for you. If you hate to sweat, you are probably not going to like the pant either.
